Greetings to all Bears players, members, friends, family and well wishers.
Some news items:
1. D LEAGUE: D-League is back on Tuesday 28 April 2009 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Macquarie Ice Rink. $10 per person for the hour. Hope to see you there.
2. Team Training: Team training sessions also start up again on Tuesday 28 April 2009. If you have not yet paid training fees, this should also be done on the first training session back.
3. Chocolate Money: Please remember to bring in money collected from selling chocolates.
4. Heaton Cup: Congratulations to all players who participated in the Heaton cup over Easter. It was a great day with some truly exciting matches and some fantastic plays. Also thank you to everyone who showed up to support on the day.
5. TV Audience Tickets: Channel Ten are offering tickets to a new sports show on their digital channel “One”. Free audience tickets are available for May 21st and 28th. Audience must be over 16 year old and be able to make it to our Pyrmont studios by 6.45pm on Thursday. Filming will start at 7.30 and finish up around 9.30pm. 6. Trivia Night: I have attached a flyer for a trivia night being held by the Emperors. Please read the flyer if you are interested.
