Well done to Sydney Bears' Peewee and Midget Teams
Congratulations to the two Bear teams who competed strongly at the Heaton Cup on Good Friday.
The Peewee team performed credibly to make the playoffs. Well Done!
The Midget team made it through to the grand final undefeated. They lead the grand final game and before it slipped away in the dying stages.
The club, coaching staff and parents were very impressed with the way the teams handled themselves on and off the ice. The teams both earnt a lot of respect in their leagues. The opposition teams know that the 2009 Sydney Bears are going to be teams to reckon with!
